- Develop an annual Loss Prevention plan prioritizing critical risk areas.
- Perform rotational reviews of internal processes and procedures to support reducing and mitigating risk. Provide recommendations to management addressing key value-added improvements to operating and financial processes.
- Perform periodic Loss Prevention and security audits.
- Track and report on key Loss Prevention metrics.
- Perform formal investigations into actual or potential thefts.
- Build a strong relationship with operations, train, and coach to support maintaining a Loss Prevention culture
- Visit store and warehouse locations to ensure compliance with Loss Prevention standards.
- Create a Loss Prevention communication mechanism to support a strong Loss Prevention tone across the Company.
- Maintain and monitor Loss Prevention equipment and access control systems across the Company.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Loss Prevention and/or experience with business process audits and controls
- Demonstrated experience in improving the Loss Prevention tone in organizations.
- Strong ability to connect with peers and other employees, working as a team to drive improvements.
- Available for travel to store and warehouse locations
- Intermediate Computer Skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Acts with integrity and maintains confidentiality of information.
- Manages time effectively and is highly organized.
