Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to Internet Sales inquiries promptly and professionally
- Provide exceptional customer service to potential buyers
- Utilize various online platforms and tools to generate leads and drive sales
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline with accurate and detailed information
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and close sales
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth

Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a retail or dealership setting
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Multilingual abilities, particularly in French, is a plus
