We are growing again and need your help to get to the next level. The Allen Auto Group is looking for an experienced Internet Automotive Sales/Leasing Consultant to join our Service Team. The Allen Auto Group consists of Amherst Chrysler, Atlantic Kia, Scotia Hyundai, Amherst Nissan, Rod Allen’s, and Albion Tirecraft Auto Center. We are passionate about automobiles, and with our dedicated team, we are committed to ensuring our customers receive industry-leading customer service.
Come join our growing Nissan dealership as an Internet Automotive Sales/Leasing Consultant in beautiful Amherst, Nova Scotia!
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the establishment of on-line relationships with all of our current and potential Customers seeking information about their New or Pre-owned vehicle purchase via our company website and various other websites.
- Be available to respond to email/text inquiries in a professional manner at various times throughout the day.
- Answer email inquiries immediately when they arrive to ensure excellent Customer Service.
- Generate appointments and quotes by means of proactive outbound prospecting and e-lead activity management in an effort to qualify and market to potential Customers.
- Maintain the follow up process with all Customers.
- Meet and greet Customers and help with vehicle selection onsite at the dealership.
- Develop excellent relationships with both potential and existing Customers.
