POSITION SUMMARY
Inventory Assistant is responsible for ensuring a smooth flow in daily goods transaction including tracking, storage, and inputting of raw materials into and out of Company’s Inventory.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: The Inventory Assistant’s duties include, but are not limited to:
· Support in day-to-day inventory transactions in the inventory systems.
· Assist in inventory reconciliation investigations through compiling inventory records.
· Support material requirement planning by creating purchase orders as needed.
· Lead the receiving process of inbound materials into the accounting software.
· Works with job site teams and vendors to confirm the receipt of materials as necessary.
· Communicate and addresses any material discrepancies with the operations team
· Summarize large scale inventory movements on a regular basis.
· Organize and maintain manual inventory records related to forming equipment transactions
· Perform other Duties as Assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Post Secondary education/ A Bachelor's Degree in a field related to the above-described duties
· 1-2-year experience in a similar role in purchasing department.
· Supply Chain Designation is a plus
· Knowledge and experience using various inventory systems.

Salary: $48,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
