Inventory Clerk

This role will report to the VP of Strategic Sourcing.

Key Responsibilities

· Responsible for tracking inventory and identifying anomalies or incorrect numbers

· Responsible for entering or adjusting data in the system

· Responsible for reconciling stock received and used

· Perform cycle counting of all parts of Ditech’s warehouse and inventory

· Perform all shipping duties for customers orders

· Responsible for all inventory received

· Responsible for ensuring adequate stock is always accessible to staff

· Ability to deal with problems in an efficient and effective manner

· Communicate with all departments.

· Document inventory control, issue, and receipt of parts.

· Track materials received against manifests, delivery receipts, routing slips or bills.

· Unpack deliveries and distribute as needed.

• Picking, preparing, and packing out-going shipments
• Loading and unloading shipments – manually and with a forklift
• Labelling and shelving product, following specific direction and procedure.
• Performing housekeeping duties to keep warehouse and shipping yards clean, organized.
• Helping with inventory counts

Qualifications

Experience an asset- 3 years in similar role

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational skills; must be detail oriented.

Ability to multi-task.

Open to change and willing to learn new skills.

Ability to follow up on pending issues.

Ability to meet deadlines.

Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment

Competency /Speak French or English is required

High School Diploma or GED Required

ERP experience is beneficial
