What can you expect?
The Inventory Supervisor is accountable for every aspect of inventory standards, management, and quality control. Responsibilities include executing manual product receiving, tracking inventory, inventory replenishment, system management, and invoicing. In-order to achieve our world class standards for the guest experience it is crucial that we support our front of house operation with strong back of house operations. This role will assist with monitoring demand and analyze data to anticipate future supply and logistical needs.
This position will also work closely alongside the Retail Director, Assistant Director, Visual Merchandiser/ Educator, Ecommerce Specialist, and Key Leaders to elevate the day-to-day operation and guest experience. Our Inventory Supervisor will be required to support the Ecommerce Specialist with order fulfilment and will hold any inventory control related to online sales. This role is full-time, and year-round.
This job might be right for you if you enjoy:
- Overseeing product delivery logistics and tracking.
- Manually receiving product for quality assurance, by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Communicating inventory analytics to meet business goals and address issues to upper management.
- Contributing to stock replenishment.
- Analysing daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages.
- Presenting on the retail floor, a minimum of 8-16 hours per week.
- Completing inventory counts on a monthly, quarterly, and semi-annually basis.
- Assisting with product warranty quality control procedures.
- Completing and submitting invoices for payment by the purchasing team.
- Minimum one year’s work experience in retail / inventory management, or an equivalent logistics or management role.
- Strong attention to detail, problem solving skills, and highly organised.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Data Analysis skills.
- Ability to multi-task and coordinate ongoing projects, plans and people development.
- Works well under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
