Investment Accounting Clerk

Responsibilities:

• Maintains files
• Performs clerical and other related duties as required
• Bank and account reconciliation
• Oversee and direct budgeting and financial planning
• Generating monthly, quarterly and year-end reports
• Understand key elements of client care and service
• Find ways to simplify and improve work processes
• Recognize business issues and uses alternative solutions to resolve them
• Attempt to look for ways to increase efficiency on engagement
• Seek to enhance knowledge through technical reading, continuing education
• Process Accounts Receivable and Payable
• Process issues with the accountant

Qualifications:

• Must have excellent computer skills and willingness to upgrade computer skills, as required
• Demonstrated ability to perform multi tasks in an environment where priorities can change rapidly
• Knowledge of computerized accounting, Quickbooks Online
• Minimum of 3 years of bookkeeping experience for a small to midsize company

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From $45,500.00 per year
