What is the opportunity?
The role will comprise working in the Healthcare team within Investment Banking. The senior analyst or associate will support senior bankers in the marketing and execution of M&A, debt, equity, and other financial advisory services.
What will you do?
•Assisting in execution of mandated deals
•Assisting in preparation of marketing pitchbooks and related materials
•Gathering public information through numerous sources Creating financial model analyses
•Generating discounted cash flow models and other models for valuation metrics
•Building company forecast models
•Drafting marketing documents such as Confidential Information Memorandums for financings and/or sell-side assignments
•Producing and maintaining various databases General research
What do you need to succeed?
Must have
- University degree or equivalent
- Investment banking experience or equivalent
- Demonstrable Investment Banking transaction experience and a comprehensive understanding of the valuation approaches typically used
- Hardworking, enthusiastic and professional work ethic
- Sound judgement with strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and develop relationships with clients at all levels
- Teamwork approach with colleagues
- Knowledge of Investment Banking services and the ability to apply them creatively to diverse client needs
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Computer software skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
