As the Senior Investment Specialist, you'll take the lead on providing exceptional investment advice and service to our members. You'll specialize in mutual funds and play a pivotal role in guiding individuals through their financial planning journey. The salary for this position is $70,000 annually plus commission, and potential to earn a variable compensation*.

Your SPARK:

• Undergraduate degree in Business or related field, plus 3-5 years of progressive wealth management experience.
• A Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation or close to completion.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organization, time management, problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Proven track record of developing strong internal and external relationships, both individually and in a team environment.
• Strong initiative and ability to work independently, adapting to changing priorities and business needs.
• Knowledge of the credit union system or banking industry is considered an asset.
