We are currently seeking a qualified IT Functional Analyst IIto work on leading edge technology products. Location: St. Laurent, Quebec
Schedule: Remote (however if the candidate is located in Montreal, there may be in office meetings 1x/week)
DESCRIPTION – Our client is seeking an application administrator/analyst for third-party applications that they use in house (JIRA, GitHub and DOORS). The role involves overseeing the analysis, the deployment, configuration and maintenance of those applications, ensuring their smooth operation and alignment with business objectives.
The Administrator/Analyst works at the intersection of technology and business, identifying opportunities for improvement and providing actionable insights to enhance application performance.
Must Have
- Proven experience in administering and analyzing third-party applications (GitHub and JIRA)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from data
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented mindset
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards.
- Some knowledge in JIRA script programming
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
