Janitorial Crew Member

Bee-Clean Building Maintenance is Canada’s largest Canadian-owned janitorial company providing service to clients nationally and locally; we are looking for a Janitorial Crew Member to join our team for the Sault Ste Marie area.

Position Title: Project Crew

Reporting to: Sault Ste Marie Area Manager

Job Summary:

This position supports the area manager on several tasks on the field.

Cleaning experience is not necessary but is an asset.

CLEANING DUTIES INCLUDE:

• General Cleaning.
• Delivering Supplies.
• Covering sick or absent employees.
• Cover special janitorial projects.
• Any other cleaning that may come up.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

• Driver License G (Preferred)
• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure while maintaining high accuracy.
• Manage deadlines effectively in a professional manner.
• Good team leadership skills with the ability to exercise sound judgment.
• Occasional requirement to travel between buildings within the area to attend meetings, provide on-site support, and help other cleaners.

The successful candidate will be required to apply for federal, provincial clearance and a local police background check.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
• janitorial: 1 year (preferred)
