Responsibilities:

· Perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to maintain a clean and orderly cafeteria environment.

· Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in accordance with established procedures.

· Monitor and replenish supplies such as paper towels, soap, and trash bags as needed.

· Clean and maintain restroom facilities to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met.

· Assist with minor maintenance tasks and report any maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.

· Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Requirements:

· Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work preferred. Training will be provided.

· Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.

· Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.

· Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

· Shifts include a variety of weekdays, every weekend and stat holidays.

· Must have own vehicle – no public transit access

· Must be able to work on your feet for long periods of time

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
