While working under the area Manager of Crystal Clean contracts you will ensure agreed upon services are being completed and employees are meeting targets and providing quality work.
Perform heavy cleaning duties for customers as outlined in the individual customers contracts. To include but not limited to: stripping and waxing floors, shampooing carpets, power washing, rug cleaning, windows.
Assist janitorial division as needed to conduct daily cleaning duties as outlined in customers individual contract. To include but not limited to: sweeping, moping, dusting, bathrooms, garbage removal.
Assist with initial and recurrent training.
Assist with oversight and control of all company owned equipment and products to ensure employees have the correct tools and products to conduct thies jobs in a thorough manner.
Address any ad-hoc items that may arise on a day to day basis to ensure customer satisfaction.
Assist with workplace audits to ensure compliance.
Some lifting up to 23kg, standing, bending and crouching will be necessary.
Requirements
- Must be a team player but also able to work independently.
Demonstrate professionalism.
Detail Oriented.
Ability to solve practical problems and identify potential safety or maintenance issues.
Comply with all safety policies.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
Must have a Canadian drivers license with good drivers abstract.

- Competitive wages are paid twice monthly.
Extended medical benefits will be provided after completing a continuous 6-month probationary period with a 50% employer contribution.
