Janitor/Maintenance

```Duties:```
- Perform general janitorial duties, including cleaning and sanitizing designated areas
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Empty trash bins and replace liners
- Clean and disinfect restrooms and replenish supplies as needed
- Dust tables, fixtures, and equipment
- Weekly high dusting and supply maintenance
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as salesfloor, office, and break room
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines

```Skills:```
- Experience in facilities maintenance or commercial cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and best practices
- Ability to use tall ladders and operate cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, and carpet cleaners
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness
- Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Ability to lift 50lbs or more

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
