Role Overview
In this role you will be identifying business problems and designing solutions, evaluate existing architecture systems, developing software architecture for Java-based applications.
What You will do
- Lead the architecture and design of complex Java-based & full stack solutions aligning technology initiatives with business strategies to drive digital innovation and competitive advantage.
- Collaborate closely with clients and customers to gather requirements define architectural solutions and develop project roadmaps to meet business objectives.
- Design and implement scalable microservices architectures using Spring Boot Docker and Kubernetes ensuring high availability fault tolerance and performance optimization.
- Lead a team of developers in the delivery and implementation of assigned stories ensuring alignment to coding standards best practices and project timelines.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks to streamline the software delivery process and ensure code quality and reliability.
What you bring to the role
- 10+ years of work experience with Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in software engineering or computer science.
- Advanced knowledge of software architecture, proficiency with Java, Java Beans, Java Servlets, and JavaScript.
- Experience with the design and implementation of software networks.
- Experience with software design and web programming.
- Ability to solve complex software system issues, excellent communication skills.
