Salary- Answer all phone lines efficiently while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, or as required by emergency situations
- Cohesively work together with other staff to establish schedules for technicians
- Maintain contact with drivers throughout their shifts and address any routing issues they might have
- Monitor road conditions, construction zones, and accidents in order to revise routes as needed
- Update customers on the status of their service calls/deliveries including any delays that occur
- Maintain technician work records using computerized or manual methods and ensure time sheets and payroll summaries are completed accurately
- Processing payments for customers and responsible for all accounts receivable matters
- Minor accounts payable duties
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
