The Broda Group is seeking a full time Journeyman Automotive Service Technician for our Prince Albert, Saskatchewan main shop. You will be required to work on light to medium size trucks, vans, buses and trailers with opportunity to assist with some heavy duty repairs and servicing occasionally. Schedule and hours will be 7:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday with the occasional Saturday.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform all levels of routine automotive maintenance services and inspections.
Posses strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Perform inspections & diagnostics.
Potential to guide & train apprentices through daily repairs/diagnostics.
Complete required repairs and test drives
Complete work orders accurately and timely
Maintain clean workspace and respectful use of company tools and computers.
Motivated to provide and achieve the best service.
Advise service advisors on work performed, general vehicle condition and future repair requirements
Skills:
Red Seal Certified Automotive Technician and/or advanced, registered Apprentice
Able to work independently, with limited supervision.
Knowledge of diagnostic tools and equipment
Strong electrical and diagnostic skills
Have own tools
Valid drivers license, provide a clean drivers abstract
