Journeyman/woman Technician

Chilliwack Mitsubishi is looking for a qualified, flat rate / hourly Journeyman Technician to become part of our team. Consideration given to 4th year Apprentices. Reporting to the Service Manager you will be responsible for the duties outlined below:

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair and complete approved services

Recommend and perform scheduled maintenance services

Advise sales staff on work performed, general vehicle condition and future repairs

Operate company and customer vehicles in a clean and safe manner

Participate in technical and shop procedure training courses

You must have a strong knowledge of the automotive industry and demonstrate the skills required to provide our customers with outstanding service and value.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Mitsubishi Technician will be given preference
• Red Seal Certification
• Drivers License and abstract
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to work under pressure and maintain a high level of customer service
• Ability to multi-task and work as a member of the team
