Junior Business Analyst (Vancouver, BC)
We are seeking a driven, dedicated, organized individual who is looking to grow alongside our existing team of Business Analysts. You will be responsible for the on-going support of our application and users.
Key Responsibilities (included but not limited to):

• Research, recommend and implement workflow enhancements to continually improve service quality and efficiency of operational business processes.
• Develop, produce, and maintain procedures, process maps and documentation as required
• Validate and verify that the deployed solution meets the business needs
• Aid in day-to-day user management (adding, removing, or updating user information)
• Work with the cross-functional teams (Development, QA, Client Support and Client Services) to ensure timely delivery of the required specifications for projects

Qualifications and Details:

• Competitive pay - $55K-$65K per year
• The work arrangement for the position is remote
• Post-Secondary Certificate/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business Management
• Familiarity with Jira or any other bug tracking/project management tool
• Minimum 2-3 years of related work experience
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office
• Must be adaptable, quick learner with ability to work independently and as a team player
• Excellent written, listening and communication skills
• Strong analytical skills with ability to collect, organize, analyze information or requirements with attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage competing priorities
• Insurance industry knowledge would be an asset
