Junior Buyer / Purchaser

Greenfoot Energy Solutions is looking for motivated junior Buyer to support their purchasing team . This position will be based at our headquarters in Moncton NB. This role is key to making sure our clients get the right service on time every time! This role will be key to ensure our orders are accurate and on time

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of purchasing or buying experience required
• General commercial and residential construction knowledge is an asset
• Ability to multi-task and willingness to learn
• Excellent customer service skills
• Solid interpersonal, communication (verbal and written), organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision under pressure and time constraints in a stressful environment
• Logical and critical thinking
• General computer knowledge and basic proficiency
• Team player
• Bilingual

Key Responsibilities

• Day-to-day communication, via phone, text, and email with our suppliers, technicians and administrative staff
• Schedule order for delivery to our multiple warehouses
• Provide warehouse managers with the correct job information, manage their daily workload and ensure time constraints on projects are respected
• Exercise good judgment and have the company's reputation in mind when dealing with clients
• Ensure product is ordered and delivered on time
• Reviewing the file prior to sending the technician on site to make sure that the file is complete and not missing any info
