Junior Draftsman & CAD programming

Your responsibilities:

- Create steel part work orders using 2D AutoCAD
- Create CNC programs and nesting using ProNest MTC ( We will train you )
- Estimation to support sales staff via material program/nesting
- Scheduling work load
- Order tracking

- Administrative duties, answering calls, supporting sales staff

- Scheduling tasks and schedules

The applicant should possess:

- Very Strong English written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work under pressure
- Self Motivated and great attitude
- Post Secondary Education
- Strong computer skills and literacy with Microsoft software
- Some Steel processing and detailing knowledge

- Experience working in a metal shop an asset but not required.

- A Canadian Citizenship and be a BC Lower mainland resident

Salary: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
