Junior Fencer

### Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fencer to join our team. As a Fencer, you will be responsible for installing and repairing fences for residential properties. This is a hands-on role that requires proficiency in various fencing techniques and the ability to work with different materials. If you have a strong background in carpentry, and mechanical knowledge, we encourage you to apply.

### Additional Benefits:

- We do not set our posts in concrete and we do not dig holes, we set our posts by driving them using a gas powered post driver, so no digging and no carrying concrete!

- You will be building the same fence every day as we only offer our fence in 3 configurations (Basic Privacy, Board on Board, and Shadowbox) and no custom work. This can be very boring but extremely efficient, which plays into our pay structure.

- We operate on a P4P structure (Pay for Performance), this means you get your base hourly wage, plus a bonus based on your efficiency and hard work. If you are a top performer you could be making an additional $20-$30 an hour just in bonus!

- We also offer a split commission for additional products/services sold in the field from existing customers, neighbors, or people walking/driving by the job sites. This accounts for about 30% of our business.

### Duties:
- Install and repair fences according to project specifications
- Measure and mark fence lines and layout post locations
- Attach rails or panels to posts using appropriate fasteners
- Cut materials to size using power saws or hand tools
- Ensure fences are level, plumb, and structurally sound
- Repair or replace damaged sections of fences
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time

### Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Fencer or similar role
- Proficiency in carpentry techniques
- Knowledge of different types of fencing materials and their installation methods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Mechanical knowledge for operating power tools and machinery
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require bending, lifting, and standing for long periods of time

- Valid Drivers license with a clean driving record
