SUMMARY

Our Junior Inventory Clerk will be responsible to aid and assist the Parts Inventory Team by accurately tracking and maintaining Parts stock levels and performing daily cycle counts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Work with Inventory Manager/Parts Manager to complete daily inventory cycle counts
• Stock and replenish inventory shelves
• Assist Parts Counter personnel
• Other miscellaneous duties as assigned
• Comply with requirements as outlined in the OHSA, WHMIS company handbook and all other company issued memos and policies including proper use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Follow business code of ethics and communicate to team

Qualification Requirements

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and or ability required to successfully perform the job.

Education and/or experience

• 1-2 years shipping/receiving and/or warehouse experience
• Working knowledge of Fusion an asset

Language Skills

• High standard of fluency in English for both oral and written correspondence. Ability to effectively present information

Mathematical Skills

• Ability to apply basic mathematical skills.

Reasoning Ability

• Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Certificate, Licenses, Registrations

• None required

Physical Demands

• The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee is required to sit, walk, stoop, bend, and lift up to 50lbs

Work Environment

• The noise level in the work environment is minor.
