The Jr. Peer Support Worker will work as a part of the service team in our Integrated Youth Hub; a highly collaborative partnership between many agencies and organizations. The Youth Hub is intended to be a one-stop shop to quickly connect youth with the right services, in the right place and time, emphasizing developing a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach and focusing on early interventions.
This role will relate to and engage with participants of the organization from a peer perspective using self-awareness of ones own journey and lived experience to inspire hope, empowerment and recovery. They are providing peer to Peer Support through connection to services within the hub, conversation, assisting clients to complete forms.
