Jr. Technical Support Representative

We are currently looking for a Technical Support professional to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Test Electronic circuits equipment and systems
- Provide remote Technical Support to the clients and customers
- Troubleshoot electronic systems and perform test procedures
- Must have thorough knowledge and expertise on Personal computer hardware, computer networks and operating systems
- Identify issues and errors in the circuit designs
Qualifications/skills required
- Educational background in computer engineering/systems technology and computer networks
- Candidates must be enrolled in any of the above-mentioned or related programs
- Candidates looking for Co-op opportunities in this field are preferred
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills
