We work with your team to facilitate fun and active classes and workshops for kids of all ages during the school day or as an afterschool program. We are actively seeking an experienced dance instructor to teach our afterschool program at a prestigious Montessori School. The ideal candidate has exetnsive exprience teaching kids and can plan and conduct classses with listtle assistance.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct dance classes for children, focusing on various dance styles and techniques.
- Create a safe and inclusive learning environment for students.
- Develop lesson plans and curriculum that align with the goals and objectives of the dance studio.
- Teach proper dance techniques, including posture, alignment, and coordination.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their skills.
- Choreograph dance routines for performances and recitals.

Requirements

- Experience working with children in an educational or instructional setting.
- Knowledge of various dance styles, including ballet, jazz, tap, hip-hop, etc.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff members.
- Ability to create a positive and supportive learning environment for students of all ages.
- Patience and understanding to work with students at different skill levels.
- Flexibility in adapting teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students.
- Ability to demonstrate dance techniques and movements effectively.

Salary: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
