Job Requirements

A typical day in the life of a Fit Expert at Kintec looks like:

  • Provide remarkable customer experience during one2one appointments and walk-in customers for footwear, bracing, and compression products
  • Ensure the store is organized and functioning through completion of daily, weekly, and monthly store checklists.
  • Hands-on with lab and orthotic repairs and modifications with guidance from a

Canadian Board Certified Pedorthist

  • Contribute to a high functioning team through your support for the Pedorthist, Assistant

Manager and Store Manager

  • Opening and closing store procedures

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate:

  • Provides exceptional customer service while working with all team members
  • Thrives in multi-tasking in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Ability to learn new concepts and technologies as it applies to the customer experience
  • Has a Kinesiology background (an asset but not mandatory)
  • Willingness to grow and develop the knowledge and skills necessary to contribute to the vision and goals of the company
