We currently have an opportunity for a Kitchen Assistant to join our team that caters for many people, providing excellent food and great service.
Working alongside the Kitchen Manager, you will be part of a small team responsible for ensuring that our service users are provided with appetising and nutritional meets, to meet their dietary requirements.
You will be responsible for:
Cleaning the kitchen and operating equipment to health and safety standards.
Maintaining stock and supplies within Staff Dining.
Ensuring that staff dining is kept clean and tidy throughout the day.
Assisting chefs where necessary with basic food preparation and production.
Working as a member of the team to ensure cohesion of service and efficiency in the delivery and preparation for food items.
Key Requirements
Has good understanding for Food Hygiene.
Ability to multi task.
A team player.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
