Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook pizzas according to specific recipes and customer requests
- Monitor food stock levels and communicate with the kitchen manager to ensure adequate supplies
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of ingredients and cleaning of equipment
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health and safety of customers and staff
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient and timely food preparation and service
- Assist in the development of new pizza recipes and menu items
Skills:
- Proven experience as a pizza cook or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Knowledge of various pizza doughs, sauces, and toppings
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team-oriented setting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent time management skills to ensure pizzas are prepared in a timely manner
- Ability to handle multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining quality standards
