Kitchen Helper/Cook

We have a busy restaurant in hespler area, cambridge.

Looking for an experienced prep cook and kitchen helper who is familar to english food. Apply if you have canadian experience and passion to grow.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in food preparation and cooking under the direction of the kitchen staff
- Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils
- Help with receiving and storing food supplies
- Assist in maintaining inventory and stocking shelves
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations

Experience:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality setting is preferred
- Familiarity with food service and food preparation techniques
- Knowledge of basic cooking methods and kitchen equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness

Skills:
- Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Kitchen: Assist in food preparation and cooking tasks
- Help: Support the kitchen staff in various duties as needed
- Hospitality: Provide friendly and efficient service to customers or guests
