Job Description
- Reports to Department Manager and Indoor Operations Manager.
- Take customers orders and Prepare food for customers in a timely, organized and efficient, and courteous manner.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Be a team player.
- Run cash register including completing end of shift reports.
- Sanitize and maintain equipment and kitchen.
- Prepare certain food items fresh daily.
- Daily prep work depending on shift.
- Comply with all food safety regulation and standards.
- Stock inventory as required.
- Daily balance sheets completed at end of day.
- Daily housekeeping as required, including cleanliness of seating areas. Trays gathered and cleaned, trash disposed, tables sanitized.
- Be trained on operating all POS terminals, including retail, bar, and ticket office.
- Be available to cover other departments when asked by department manager or general manager. Retail.
END OF SEASON
- 1-2 staff may be required for post season shut down, up to a week beyond final day of operations and is at the discretion of the office manager.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food preparation or a related role is preferred
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
