Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food, and addressing any customer concerns or inquiries.
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Help maintain a clean and organized kitchen area.
- Assist with team management, including training new Team Members and delegating tasks.
- Handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures.
- Assist with restaurant management tasks as needed, such as inventory management and scheduling.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills are essential.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety procedures is a plus.
- Leadership skills and the ability to work well in a team are important.
