Laborer/Groundman

As a Ground person, you will be an integral member of a tree care crew working alongside an arborists, gaining experience in removal and maitenance of all sizes and species of trees. You will be working with a small crew with the ability for hands on training.

Responsibilities:

As a Ground person, your main role will be to set up and insure a proper worsite, clean up after and assist an Arborist. You will also be required to safely use power equipment i.e. (Chainsaw, hedge trimmer, brush chipper). You will be working outdoors in all weather conditions performing long days of heavy labor.

Qualifications:

• Passionate for nature, the environment, and the outdoors
• Interest in working outdoors year-round
• Valid driver's license witha clean driving record
• A positive attitude, and willingness to learn
• Prior tree care experience is preferred but not required

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
