Job Description:

- Assist in the setup, maintenance, and cleanup of work areas.
- Move materials and equipment as needed.
- Perform basic tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving items.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Adhere to schedules and complete assigned tasks within given timeframes.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
- Must have own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including safety boots, hard hat, and hi-vis gear.
- Reliable means of transportation to and from work.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work early morning hours, with shifts typically starting late in the evening.
Benefits:
- Competitive hourly wage and bonus structure of $23.50 per hour.
- Premiums paid for statutory holidays (time and a half) and after-hours work in accordance with BC provincial law.
