Project Manager: (min 7yrs exp.) A self-motivated hands on Project Manager that manages and over sees the landscape installation process on multiple sites, ensuring efficiency, safety and quality is maintained throughout the projects.

Job purpose:

• Synergy Landscape Project Managers are responsible for understanding the Landscape Process and overseeing multiple residential and commercial Landscape Construction Projects from beginning to end, ensuring that projects are completed within time and within budgetary constraints. It is essential that the Project Manager can multi-task and pivot from one priority to another easily and confidently.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Able to perform all landscape installation tasks, operate equipment, problem solve and transport equipment.
• Manage Construction Projects and ensuring that projects are run efficiently, safely and within scheduled time, notifying key office personnel and clients of any changes or delays.
• Manage Jobsite Production
• Employee Management, ensure systems are followed, create new or improve company systems
• Managing Job Budgets
• Trucks, Trailers & Equipment - Ensure maintenance service requirements are performed
• Customer Service

Qualifications:

Education:

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
• Horticultural Diploma a valuable asset Horticultural background and /or certification
• Must possess a valid driver’s license, class 3 an asset.
• First Aid certified.
• Speak, read, and write English

Specialized knowledge: Knowledge of construction, plants, irrigation, and safe equipment use

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Seasonal

Salary: $35.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
