Job Title: Supervisor

Duties:
- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and schedule work activities with crew members and management
- Ensure that work is completed according to project plans, specifications, and timelines
- Monitor and enforce safety regulations and procedures on the job site
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project standards
- Provide guidance and training to crew members as needed
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders
- Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and materials

Skills:
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in reading blueprints, plans, and specifications
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools
- Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $22.00-$26.00 per hour

Licence/Certification:
