LANDSCAPING / BUILDING MAINTENANCE (Student)

Ontim Investments Limited is a privately held property management company overseeing properties in Ontario. Ontim has a professional maintenance crew who ensure that our properties are clean and well maintained keeping all our residents and commercial tenants fully satisfied.

We are seeking a hardworking full time summer student for the upcoming spring/summer season at our Burlington apartment location starting from April/May to the end of August 2024. Your duties will consist of variety of landscaping and BUILDING MAINTENANCE for our residential properties. Interested individuals are welcome to submit resumes. No experience necessary.

Duties will include but not limited to:

· General BUILDING MAINTENANCE inside and outside

· Grass cutting and trimming

· Weeding, rototilling, planting of gardens

· Seasonal trimming

· Suite tear out, garbage/furniture removal

Requirements:

- Ability to lift 50lbs

- Ability to work May-End of August 8am-4:30pm Monday-Friday

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 4 months

Salary: $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
