Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
Job Duties:
- Overseeing and coordinating the work activities of laundry workers, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Providing training to new employees on laundry procedures, safety protocols, and equipment operation.
- Monitoring inventory levels of laundry supplies, such as detergents and fabric softeners, and placing orders as needed.
- Enforcing safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for employees.
- Arrange and oversee maintenance services for laundry equipment to ensure optimal functionality and minimize operational interruptions.
- Addressing customer inquiries and concerns regarding laundry services, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
