Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced, dependable and hardworking Lawn Maintenance Worker to join our team. As a lawn maintenance worker, your role will involve ensuring that our client`s lawns and outdoor spaces remain well-maintained, tidy, and visually appealing. Responsibilities:

Primary:

• Mowing and Trimming: Need to know how to operate lawn mowers, trimmers, and other equipment to maintain even grass height and clean edges with minimum supervision
• General Yard Cleanup: Rake leaves, pick up trash, and keep outdoor spaces neat.

Secondary:

• Weeding and Edging: Remove weeds, trim edges, and care for flower beds.
• Fertilizing and Seeding: Apply fertilizers, seed lawns, and oversee healthy grass growth.
• Trimming Shrubs: Shape trees and shrubs to enhance their appearance.
• Planting and Landscaping: Assist with planting flowers, shrubs, and trees.
• Snow Removal (Seasonal): If available- Clear snow from walkways and driveways during winter months. (This is not a requirement for this position)

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 3 year experience in lawn maintenance is required, landscaping, or related field is preferred.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
• Attention to Detail: Ensure precise lawn maintenance and follow instructions.
• Reliability: Punctuality and consistency are essential.
• Team Player: Work well with other team members and communicate effectively.
• Driver’s License: Possessing a valid driver’s license.
• Background Check: Vulnerable sector Clearance is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Salary: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 45 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
