Lawyer Advocat(e)

We are looking for a lawyer to work full time in a private real estate company.

The incumbent will be responsible, among other things, to act on behalf of the company’s principles, associates and staff, draft leases, contracts and legal proceedings documents.

The incumbent will also be called upon to communicate with tenants, potential tenants, as well as all legal matters or negotiations that may arise.

We are looking for two candidates who are members of the Bar of Quebec.

These positions will appeal to someone who has:

i) experience in respect of litigation, real estate, drafting leases (residential and commercial), contracts; and

ii) who has an interest in a wide range of legal matters. We offer an informal work environment and remuneration commensurate with your experience and the contribution that the candidate will provide to the operation of our business.
