Job description

We're on the lookout for a Lead, Consumer Engagement, North America, reporting to the Manager, Consumer Engagement, Sea-Doo, NA. As a pivotal team member, you'll play a crucial role in propelling the Sea-Doo brand to another level contributing to the launch of a new product category and actively contributing to the 360-consumer acquisition plan.

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO: 

  • Drive holistic consumer growth: Integrate business objectives into marketing strategies to boost customer acquisition, reach, and conversion across all customer journey touchpoints while working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Optimize the customer engagement strategy: Implement a results-driven marketing strategy, integrating top, mid, and low funnels for a seamless customer journey, contributing to a 360 marketing plan and objectives across various media channels.
  • Drive strong customer lifetime value: Develop consumer marketing plans that include new units, accessories, and apparel to enhance lifetime value
  • Deploy brand campaigns: Spearhead the creation of campaigns aligned with the brand messages and resonating with consumers at the right time and across various touchpoints.
  • Support regional growth plans: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence the use of Co-Op dollars to create one seamless marketing campaign to achieve business results.
  • Manage projects: Help create and manage campaigns and go-to-market plans in a planned and structured manner, defining the scope, responsibilities, timeline, and budget for specific tasks. Tightly control deliverables, costs, and the quality of the execution.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES: 

  • Strategic mindset: A bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field coupled with 4+ years of relevant B2C marketing experience, showcasing strong strategic thinking.
  • Branding mastery: In-depth understanding of brand positioning elements, the product life cycle, and a passion for compelling storytelling.
  • Collaborative approach: Demonstrated collaboration skills, navigating a matrix organization, and managing external vendors and agencies.
  • Analytical flare: Exhibit critical thinking and analytical skills to evaluate the effectiveness of engagement initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • International exposure: Experience in a domestic or international setting is an asset, reflecting your adaptability and global perspective.
