Lead Generation Brand Ambassador

Job Overview:

As a Lead Generation Brand Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in representing our brand and promoting our high-quality bathroom remodelling solutions. You will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, building brand awareness, and generating leads at various home & trade shows. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be highly motivated, and have a passion for creating positive customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Brand Representation:
• Represent our client with professionalism and enthusiasm at various home & trade shows
• Communicate effectively to convey the benefits and features of clients products and services.
• Lead Generation:
• Actively engage with potential customers to generate leads for our sales team.
• Distribute promotional materials and provide information about Bath Fitter offerings.
• Product Knowledge:
• Stay informed about clients products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate with potential customers.
• Customer Interaction:
• Build positive relationships with potential customers by addressing inquiries and providing accurate information.
• Gather feedback and insights from customers to improve our marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant experience is a plus.
• Bilingualism is considered an asset (En/Fr)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiastic, outgoing, and approachable personality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is preferred.
