Lead Host *Please Read Full Job Description*

Responsibilities

- Ability to use reservation system to increase reservations and restaurant flow (training provided)

- Greet all guests and ensure they are seated in a timely fashion at a clean table

- Answer all phone calls and complete take-out orders

- Know the food and drink menus

- Clean and bus tables

- Run food and clear plates from tables

- Know all table numbers

- Clean and upkeep bathrooms throughout the shift

- Train and Lead Hosts during shift

Qualifications

- Friendly and positive attitude

- Ability to work under pressure during a busy restaurant service and the ability to keep yourself busy during down times

- Punctual

- Strong communication skills

- Ability to receive and learn from feedback

- High personal hygiene skills

We are looking for a candidate with leadership qualities to be the face of the Dunes.

Must be able to work under pressure and in a high volume environment. Smart serve is considered an asset.

This is a year round position, with reduced hours over the winter months.

Benefits for our lead positions will be introduced in a 4-6 month time frame as well.

Salary: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 44 per week
