Job Description
RBC Bank continues to execute on its strategy to be the best bank in the US for Canadians and aggressively grow the banking business and this role plays a key role in supporting this growth. While the official company headquarters is Atlanta, Georgia, this role, along with the majority of functional support staff, is located in Raleigh, North Carolina. Please note you will be required to work onsite from the Raleigh office 3 days per week.
The Lead Program Manager, Strategic Treasury Initiative's primary responsibilities include:
- Primary responsibility for supporting strategic initiatives impacting RBC Bank Finance and Treasury, with particular focus on impacts to Balance Sheet & Net Interest Margin, Funding & Liquidity Management, Capital Planning, Investment Portfolio Management, and Product Pricing Support
- Work with program management to ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements, sound risk management practices and governance while meeting internal and external stakeholder needs.
- Partner with business leadership to evaluate the impact of business strategies on balance sheet growth and risk. Advise and influence the direction of business strategies given treasury considerations in order to optimize the value of these activities at the appropriate level of risk
- Partner with RBC Enterprise and US Group Finance and Treasury teams to leverage cross-functional infrastructure and professional expertise to facilitate RBC Bank business initiatives within appropriate governance parameters, while ensuring proper oversight and governance of these initiatives.
