What you’ll do:
As a Z/OS expert, we are responsible for the administration and maintenance of the client mainframe operating system, Z/OS. This includes tasks such as installation and configuration, system tuning, performance monitoring, security management, and problem resolution.
Our Engineers are helping our customers to deliver the following:
- Installation & Migration to Z software products.
- Communicate all stakeholders to understand their business problems and goals, then architect, deploy, and provide enablement for solutions utilizing existing Z products.
- Provide technical assistance to customers who need help implementing Z software or using it to the best of its ability.
- Travel to customer locations across US, Europe and Canada, on a strictly need basis and subject to compliance with the COVID-19 regulations and guidelines.
- Participate in progress reviews, as requested by client, to demonstrate Supplier's performance of its obligations.
- Participate in an annual security review of Deliverables as requested by client
What you’ll have:
- Hands-on experience in Resource Access Control Facility (RACF)
• Having experience in CA Top Secret for z/OS
