Roles and Responsibilities:
- Oversee and lead a team of painters in completing various painting projects
- Assist in hiring and train new team members
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications and timelines
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, patching, and priming
- Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Coordinate with clients to understand their painting needs and provide excellent customer service
- Assist with color selection and provide recommendations based on client preferences
- Repair and restore damaged surfaces as needed
- Collaborate with other tradespeople and departments to complete projects that require additional skills
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in industrial equipment painting and Large vehicle painting projects
- Strong knowledge of various painting techniques, materials, and tools
- Proven experience in leadership role
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret project specifications
- Excellent time management skills to ensure projects are completed on schedule
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality workmanship
- Ability to lead a team effectively and provide guidance as needed
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with clients in a professional manner
- Familiarity with power tools used in painting projects
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Salary: $28.21-$32.91 per hour
