Leasing Administrator

Position Overview

Leasing Administrator provide day-to-day support to the Leasing Management and the Leasing team. The ideal candidate would have a strong attention to detail and ability to maintain organization during regular daily, weekly, and monthly tasks, plus ad hoc tasks. A successful candidate would be passionate about processes and ensuring task management.

Primary Responsibilities

• Consistently conduct market research
• Perform weekly & monthly audit of incomplete/complete files and follow up for outstanding documentation
• Review files sent for commission to be approved by Leasing Manager
• Write, review, and send out external mass-communications (Mailchimp)
• Report any problems related to tenant rent payment, property maintenance, and any correction on the lease or termination notices to the Leasing Manager
• Organize and attend promotional, sponsorship, and community-building events (handing out flyers and speaking to students)
• Plan and set up team social events
• Curate and create content for monthly internal newsletter and Sharepoint posts
• Actively work on collection calls when needed
• Perform front of house duties where required
• Other duties as required
