Leasing Agent

LAMEER MANAGEMENT is looking for a highly motivated leasing director to optimize and grow our leasing division.

OPPORTUNITY FOR GROWTH:

· LAMEER MANAGEMENT is growing at a rapid pace and are starting a new Leasing Division in the company. The leasing director will have a great opportunity to grow in this role.

· With the right work ethic, the leasing director will be able to help shape procedures, hire additional Leasing Agents and will have the opportunity to turn this job into a management level position

JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Advertising listings for vacant apartments online

· Coordinate photography and marketing content of available units

· Optimize lead generation through various digital channels

· Perform in person visits at the properties for potential new tenants

· Assist property manager in executing leasing applications and other lease documentations

· Conduct inspections of rental units with clients

· Prepare weekly and monthly activity reports for our management team

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIRED SKILL SET:

· University Bachelor’s Degree

· 1-2 years’ experience in real estate, leasing, property management or sales

· Must have your own vehicle (will be reimbursed for gas)

· Strong communications skills (both verbal and written)

· Bilingual – French and English

· Strong time management skills

COMPENSATION / WORK CULTURE:

· Base Salary + Commissions

· Base Salary: $40,000

· Commissions: The more you lease, the more you can earn

· Monthly Car Allowance

· Two weeks’ vacation

Salary: From $40,000.00 per year
