Licensed Practical Nurse

Duties:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and monitoring vital signs.
• Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Perform routine medical procedures, such as collecting samples for laboratory testing and conducting basic diagnostic tests.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
• Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures, medications, and self-care techniques.
• Assist with case management and coordination of patient care.

Qualifications:

• Valid LPN license in British Columbia, Canada.
• Previous experience in a medical office or similar healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of nursing principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
