Duties:

* Distributes all insurance enrolment materials and determines eligibility.  
* Handle incoming customer service calls  
* Dispatch incoming customer phone calls  
* Accept customer calls and return customer  
* Respond to client request for coverages while representing their best interests.  
* Create and explain individualized policies via our Needs Analysis system.  
* Work and learn from management teams to stay up to date on new products, services, and policies.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Excellent communication skills, including active listening and problem-solving
* Ability to learn, adapt, and adjust on the go  
* Works well with others and individually  
* Possesses a strong work ethic and drive to succeed  
* Previous sales and customer service experience is preferred, but not a requirement  
* Industry experience is an asset, but not a requirement  
* Leadership and management skills  
* Committed and hard-working  
* Full time availability is required  
* Must hold a Life AND Health Insurance license or be willing to get it. Candidates that are not licensed within their state will be given information further into the interview process on how to obtain this.
